Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order the same day within 2 hours of purchase. Contact us via email or telephone, so that the order can be cancelled before the order goes into processing. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it.

Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately, due to the customised nature of the item we do not accept exchanges. Once
an order is placed, wigs are made based on your specific head measurements, thus cannot be returned unless faulty. Each item at Dolly Luxury Hair is made to order meaning that exchanges cannot be fulfilled.

Can I return my item if I don't like it?

What if I received a faulty item?
If you receive a faulty item, please email info@dollyluxuryhair.com with a picture of the fault within 14 days of receiving your unit and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You have a right to a refund if goods are faulty.
